IP Australia is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified companies for the provision for a Document Generation Solution
The services required are for a Document Generation Solution (Commercial Off the Shelf Product which includes associated licences) that will provide IP Australia with the capabilities to easily create and alter documents for its current suite of correspondence, which currently includes approximately 1000 templates for correspondence. If implemented the tool aims to provide IP Australia with improved customer correspondence that can be tailored to suit the needs of customers and provide multi formats.
The solution is intended to increase accuracy and structure, and reduce IT costs through the elimination of Macros which are currently used.
