The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is seeking to purchase Microsoft Licenses under the Government Open License Program (GOLP) for a range of Microsoft products required for use by DTF in accordance with the buying rules under the Common Use Arrangement (CUA) 3605 for Microsoft Software.
