To simplify the administrative arrangements of such a facility the Memorial proposes an “Accepted Lease Model”similar to that which has proven successful in the past. Potential Tenderer’s are encouraged to consider the extent to which they are prepared to work with this model since evaluation criteria focus heavily on acceptance of this model and the associated draft “Information Technology Equipment Lease Agreement” and the lease rate which determines value for money.
Equipment to be sourced under operating lease arrangements may include:-
•Desktop computers and screens
•Notebook computers
•Computer servers and storage devices
•Computer peripherals including printers, scanners etc
•Networking equipment including switches, routers, firewall appliances etc
