To provide services in Relation to Observations on the Structure and Process of Financial Management within Central Government

The primary purpose of this RFP is to seek general information from suppliers, who have the capability to provide a report, which summarises and comments on, the central Government’s financial management system and how it supports and motivates state sector decision making.
