• Operates on a fully supported infrastructure by a entity that can provide any number of competent and knowledgeable system support persons;
• Provides an integrated, flexible/adaptable Solution that allows ACC to easily change functionality over time in response to both internal (e.g. business improvement) and external (e.g. legislation change) drivers;
• Simplifies system support and maintenance requirements and the cost of such support;
• Improves business efficiencies through improved system capabilities and better support for integration of information across systems; and
• Meets ACC’s unique entitlement calculator and payments requirements
