RFT - Comcare (AUS) - Provision of Cisco Support and Maintenance
Provision of a service and support function for all Cisco equipment in use within the Comcare network. This agreement will include break/fix support as well as an agreed rate for the provision of problem resolution due to configuration errors rather than physical defects.
