RFP - Health Alliance (NZ) - Supply of Professional Project Services relating to a shared Oracle Upgrade Programme

Oracle E-Business Suite is the primary source of District Health Board financial and procurement information; this includes details of Responsibility Centres (RC’s), where they report and their associated costs.

It is also the primary billing system for government funding and non resident patients as well as the mechanism for ordering all product, both clinical and non-clinical from a catalogue of products and services both on and off contract.

The project goal is to upgrade to the most recent release of Oracle E-Business Suite (currently R12.1) in order to eliminate existing known risk, cut inefficiencies and deliver greater value.
