Key features of a solution must include:
- Provision of a Managed Service that manages and maintains the backend server infrastructure.
- Provision of, but not an exclusive use of, internet connection at the Managed Services premises.
- Provision of an exclusive WAN link between the Managed Services and Moreland City Library network interface, currently Coburg Library.
- Provision of project management and other relevant skill sets to upgrade our current environment to the Tenderers solution.
- Provision of a help desk facility and relevant skill sets to provide support as and when required.
- Provision of a level of service that ensures that Moreland City Libraries are able to provide to their membership a System as defined in this RFT on a continuous basis, 24 x 7, with the absolute bare minimum of interruption.
