- effective client and Business Services transition to the ServiceFirst Client ERP through the due diligence, migration and post migration phases
- introduction of Business Reporting functionality from opportunity assessment to post migration
- implementation of procure to pay reform with a focus on introducing EDI, scanning and OCR technology from discovery to post migration.
