1. Software and licence procurement including upgrades, maintenance and support renewal;
2. Software licensing advice an recommendations;
3. Maintaining a centralised software asset register for all of the department's software assets;
4. Software audits and compliance, licensing analysis and utilisation reporting; and
5. Vendor relationship management on behaf of the department.
