The ATO has one of the largest Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environments in Australia which has been largely outsourced since 1999. ICT sourcing is looking to fill a number of new Canberra based Project Manager roles to assist with the implementation of the IT Sourcing Strategy.
The Project Managers will be responsible for planning, executing and finalising the following projects within the EUC transition team:
a. the Enterprise Service Management Centre (ESMC) contract which covers the implementation of a single enterprise-wide 1st level Service Desk, service management tools and processes replacing the existing multiple Help Desks, and
b. the End User Technology and Support (EUTS) contract that covers providing services and assets relating to the desktop/SOE, service management and integration, 2nd level Service Desk and security.
