It is intended that the successful supplier(s) (if any) selected will be engaged by Public Trust on the basis of an Agreement for a three year term with provision for renewal for up to another three years. The Agreement will include core services to be provided on an ongoing basis but will also provide for engagement of specific and discrete pieces of work from time to time by way of Statements of Work under the Agreement.
