1. Implement a new infrastructure platform on which all business systems will operate. This will include:
a. Design, supply and build the new infrastructure (in two new data centres delivered by another project),
b. Migrate infrastructure, applications and data from the existing HNZC computer rooms to the new data centres.
2. Maintain the hardware and support the new infrastructure platform on a three year contract. This will include:
a. Support of the new infrastructure in accordance with agreed service processes and SLAs.
b. Undertaking daily maintenance.
c. Delivery of standard infrastructure services to the Corporation.
