The Department of Finance and Deregulation is calling for expressions of interest from companies capable of providing a new computerised reservation and dispatch management system for COMCAR.
COMCAR provides car-with-driver services to a broad range of entitled clients, including parliamentarians and dignitaries, with over 75,000 reservations per year.
We are seeking expressions of interest from recognised information technology companies interested in providing information relating to an integrated vehicle reservation and allocation system to enable efficient operation and improved client service. The solution must:
• be secure;
• be capable of recording travel details on a journey-by-journey basis;
• operate nationally, 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• enable accurate financial management and accounting; and
• allow for flexible reporting.
