In the Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE), business planning is part of a strategic management approach focussed around planning, delivering and evaluating outcomes and performance, with risk management being implicit in all of those areas.
DSE is seeking to improve the capability of and support available to managers across the department for business planning, performance management and reporting through the implementation of an integrated information technology solution, so that consistent and reliable information is readily available to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
