The provision of specialised maintenance and technical support services for the private PABX network and associated voice services equipment utilised by the Principal, Delta Electricity and Eraring Energy for a two (2) year period. The Principal is responsible for maintaining a support contract for Eraring Energy and Delta Electricity only until October 2010. The network is comprised entirely of Aastra MD110 exchanges as the switches.
