Environment Canterbury (ECan) has statutory responsibilities in respect of resource consents, building consents for dams, and related compliance activities. Current IT systems for these activities do not support flexible processes and the software technology is ageing and lacking support.
ECan‟s purpose with this Request for Proposal is to identify a suitable possible replacement Consents and Compliance system.
