The Joint Service Delivery project is tasked to improve ICT service delivery to Ministers of the Crown and members of Parliament through the use of a single service provider for both the Parliamentary Service and Executive Government Support.
Recognising the diverse environments of each agency, it is envisaged that this project will be delivered in two phases, with phase one being the single service desk and ICT support organisation. Phase two will see the merging of the two networks into a single network.
Key drivers for this project are improved quality of service to the combined client base, realising cost efficiencies, and the seamless transition for members between Executive Government Support and the Parliamentary Service.
