Assessment of current records management practices and processes including but not limited to the development of solutions appropriate to LMC needs and identify any risks related to recordkeeping alongside legislative requirements, national, internal and industry standards in relation to compliance. Address future needs, systems and processes and provide recommendations and assistance in planning the implementation. The storage of maps and plans should also be included as part of the consultation.
