Transpower seeks information from those companies interested in supplying a Business Service Management (BSM) solution for Transpower.
The successful vendor from the RFP will be asked to supply and implement a BSM product in a pilot area of Transpower. They will also be required to implement an auto-populated CMDB.
If the pilot is successful further projects will extend the BSM solution across the Transpower ICT enterprise.
