EPA has given priority to the implementation of a client information management system to facilitate significant improvements in its relationships with clients and stakeholders. The current project scope encompasses the business service areas of regulatory approvals management, incident management and enforcement.
Expressions of Interest are sought from vendors as EPA requires an integrated business and technical solution that will support the organisation to deliver on key aspects of the Business and Corporate Plan.
