The nature of work undertaken by the Ministry for the Environment has changed, and will continue to evolve.
In order to deliver the services required of it, now and into the future, the Ministry has reviewed how it operates and has implemented a new organisational structure.
With the new directorates and teams now in place the Ministry wishes to engage the services of a supplier to provide advice on how best to manage the deliver of necessary IT systems and support.
The supplier must have previous experience in completing IT reviews of similarly sized policy driven government departments.
A description of the services required for the project is detailed in the Registration of Interest.
Please read the specification of requirements included in the Registration of Interest and assess whether you have the capability, experience, expertise and capacity to deliver the required services.
The purpose of this request for ROI is to identify suppliers who have the capability to provide the required services.
Information supplied in response to this ROI will be used to compile a short list of suppliers from whom Requests for Proposals (RFPs) may be sought.
Please refer to the Response template in the attached Registration of Interest and provide responses to the questions asked in order and format requested.
