Services are sought for the provision of support, maintenance and development of the Australia Council's Grants Management System. This system uses Oracle Forms 10g and Oracle database version 9i in an application server environment running on a virtualised Windows 2003 server. Application Express v.2.2 is used for online services. Maintenance and support covers diagnosis and rectification of bugs and system feagures. These services are provided on site at the Council's offices in Sydney and the estimated level of work required is one day per week.
Database administration services including: scheduled maintenance and monitoring; critical problem resolution, monthly status and activity reporting are also required.
