ESR is seeking proposals to establish a Panel of Professional Service providers to support the delivery of the Institute’s Information Management Strategic Plan (IMSP).
ESR wishes to establish the panel arrangement for the period from 1 August 2009 to 31 July 2012.
The Information Management (IM) Group at ESR has an aggressive schedule for the delivery of projects that support the organisation’s business objectives and strategy. These projects cover the entire ICT spectrum.
ESR has an internal team of business analysts, process analysts, solutions architect, developers, database administrator and infrastructure engineers. This team is supplemented, from time to time as requirements demand, by external contractors.
ESR is now seeking to identify, and engage with a small number of professional ICT service companies and individuals who can provide a range of specialist ICT services as described in this RFP.
It should be noted that ESR is seeking to complement its internal ICT service capabilities rather than to replace them.
