RFP - Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology (SA) - Budget Tools System

The scope of work outlined in this Request for Proposal includes:

Delivery, installation, implementation, support and training of a Budget Tools System, using existing DFEEST architecture, which would replace the current Budget Template by 31 May 2010;

Provision of functionality in the following areas:

• Assumptions and Parameters
• Revenue Planner
• Staff Planner
• Goods and Services Planner
• Overhead Allocations
• Cashflow
• Top Down Budgeting
• Consolidation
• Outputs
• Scenarios and Budget Revisions
• Capital Budgeting
• General Requirements;

Development of interfaces with current internal DFEEST systems; and,

Provision of ongoing system support and maintenance.
