Western Health wishes to establish the Western eHealth Gateway, a secure means for two way electronic sharing of patient health care information with General Practitioners and other healthcare providers. The objective of the EOI is to establish the feasibility and indicative cost of implementing the gateway, to identify a partner to assist in the development of a business case and subsequent implementation should the business case be successful.
