EOI - NSW Health - Digital Information Boards for GSAHS

GSAHS is seeking expressions of interest from organisations able to implement a digital communications system to capture the attention of patients and visitors across all GASHS sites (hospitals &/or community health centres).

The system would need to include but is not limited to the following specifications:

• Digital flat panel screens installed, connected and maintained at no cost to GSAHS
• A split screen format providing maximum opportunity for communicating selected messages
• Ability to provide a live messaging system enabling instant sharing of information
• GSAHS control over screen features and updates
• GSAHS control over sponsorship/advertising content
• Creative design of system at no charge to GSAHS and in line with existing branding
• Negotiation of airtime duration between selected GSAHS messages and sponsor advertising
• Agreement of screen location/placement by negotiation at each site
• The potential to generate revenue for GSAHS
