The Library is seeking consultancy services to prepare a “Second Pass Business Case” for the budget proposal entitled “Dealing with the Digital Deluge” (the “Consultancy”). This is a joint proposal of the National Archives of Australia (NAA), the National Film and Sound Archive (NFSA) and the Library. The Library is performing the role of Lead Agency for this Consultancy.
The Second Pass Business Case will take account of the Government’s requirements for a business case for significant ICT projects. The Consultancy will provide a number of deliverables detailed within the RFT. The Second Pass Business Case will provide the basis for the Government to select the most cost-beneficial ICT option for acquisition by the agencies, based on those options endorsed at the First Pass. This First Pass Business Case was completed by the three agencies in January 2009.
